offers service and shipping to most countries, including shipping to
Canada, Europe, parts of Asia and most other areas worldwide.
Once you place your order, you may
receive a call or an email from us so that we may verify your credit
card information. Verification of an order can sometimes take up to
1-3 business days before a non-U.S. order is processed.
We are sometimes not able to verify all
credit cards internationally, at which time we may suggest an
alternate payment method, such as a bank wire transfer. You will be
notified if this is the case.
Alternative payment methods for international orders include bank
wire transfer payments.

Shipping
Methods
We use several methods of global
delivery to ship outside of the U.S.
Although the U.S. Post Office costs
less and starts at approx. $15.00, our most trusted and secure method
is via FedEx delivery for orders over $300 as well as for orders that
you would like sent in an expedited method. FedEx generally starts at
$35, and will vary based on the price of the item.
Fed Ex delivery generally takes 2-3
business days, depending on your location.
U.S. Post
Office
For orders under $300, you may want to
consider shipping via U.S. Post Office, although if you are willing to
pay the extra shipping costs, we still recommend FedEx delivery
(above). All post office orders are sent via US Post Priority Global
Service. Priority shipping via the post office starts at $15.00 and
can take anywhere from 3-4 Days to 7-10 days, depending on your
location.
Duty/VAT
Charges
We do not charge Duty/VAT
taxes. However, your nation's customs office may decide to charge you
duty/vat on your order. In such a case, it is your responsibility to
pay all duty/vat taxes. If customs charges you taxes, and you fail to
pay them within a reasonable time, customs attempts to collect these
charges from us, and we will then charge your credit card upon
receiving a bill from customs if such a case occurs.
