45 Day Return Policy
W e
strongly believe in and stand behind the quality and integrity of our
wedding band rings! If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your wedding ring purchase, you may return it within 45
days for a full refund!
Returned rings must be received in
their original condition and must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Number, which you can obtain by contacting us.
We recommend that you read
our entire policy to gain a full
understanding of our return and exchange policies and any exceptions
that may apply, such as for special or custom orders. If you have any
questions about your particular item or need further assistance,
please do not hesitate to contact us. Our
goal is to provide high caliber wedding rings as well as high levels
of customer service.
Sizing & Exchanges
• We recommend
getting measured by a professional jeweler before ordering your ring.
Although our ring sizes are standard U.S. sizes, it is a good idea to
get measured by one or more jewelers before placing your order. We
also recommend reading our sizing guide
before placing your order.
• If we send you
the wrong size by mistake, we will send
you a new ring at no extra cost to you.

All of our rings are available in 1/4
sizes by request.
•
All sizes 14 or over are by special
order and are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Since we individually
hand-make each of our rings, exchanges may be done one time only
within 45 days of receipt of your ring. Once we have exchanged or
resized your ring, it no longer qualifies for a refund.
• Please read below to
gain a thorough understanding of our re-making and re-sizing policies.
Personalized Rings
•
Our personalized inscription rings are not
returnable as they are custom made for you. View a sample of our
personalized wedding bands.
•
Sizing options however, are available if
your personalized name ring does not fit. We will have your ring
re-made for you for a fee of $95 (within 30 days of receipt of your
order).
Engraved Rings
Rings that have been engraved on the inside are
non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they have been personalized
with your inscription and are therefore considered custom rings.
Custom &
Special Orders
Rings that are
custom made for you or have been altered from their original design or
state are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Hand Carved Rings
Since our hand carved wedding rings are individually
hand-made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This
includes wedding rings whose item#s begin with "HC-", such as item#s
HC-1, HC-2,
HC-3, HC-4, etc.
We will, of course, remake you a new ring at no
charge, if we send you a defective ring or a wrong size by mistake. We
absolutely stand behind the quality of your rings.
Platinum Wedding
Bands
Platinum wedding bands are
by special order only and cannot be returned. However, we do have
re-sizing options available, which will vary based on your ring style
and size. Platinum bands may cost anywhere from $100 - $300 to remake,
on average, depending on the design (must be within 30 days of receipt
of your order).
Plain platinum wedding
bands (item#s that begin with HRM, KEM, and PLAT-FM) cost $100 to
remake and design platinum wedding bands (all other platinum wedding
bands) cost $300. We strongly recommend that you have your fingers
professionally measured by one or more jewelers in order to obtain
your correct ring size.
Return Authorization is

if you are planning on returning or exchanging a ring.

Charges are not refundable.
Shipping Information
Free FedEx® & UPS™ Services, and US Postal Priority Services.
At Apples of Gold, we use Fed Ex® insured as our primary shipping
carrier for 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight Express Shipments. Me may at
times choose to use UPS™ on certain shipments as well, at our
discretion, in order to ensure that you receive your jewelry on time
and in good condition.
This gives us the ability to insure and track each package that we
ship, so that in the case of loss or transit damage, you are fully
covered and insured for the full purchase amount of your order.
Insurance is automatically included on all shipments.
We also
offer USPS Priority mail for orders under $500.00.
Once you order has shipped we will email you a tracking # so that you
can track your package during transit.
Signature Delivery
In order for us to be able to insure your jewelry for its full value,
it is required also that we obtain a signature from you or someone at
your shipping address.
This means that someone has to be at your shipping address to sign for
the package, or Fed Ex will leave a notification slip with further
delivery options. You can then pick up your package the same night at
your local Fed Ex or UPS station or delivery will be re-attempted 2
more times before the package is automatically returned to us. If this
occurs, we will contact you for further shipping options.
Signature Waiver
If you prefer not to sign for your package and have your package left
at your door instead, we recommend choosing US Post Priority instead,
which does not require a signature for orders under $500.00.
PO Boxes
Fed Ex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to indicate
a physical shipping address when ordering.
However, if you prefer to ship to your PO Boxes, we will make
exceptions and make special trips to the post office and ship via
United States Postal Service. We may refuse to ship to PO Boxes on
larger orders.
U.S. Military APO AE & FPO AP Addresses
We offer Free Shipping to the U.S. Military using USPS Priority Mail.
Please keep in mind that Fed Ex and UPS do not deliver to military
bases and delivery may take several weeks, depending on your station.
Guarantee of Quality
(1) We Guarantee that
every purchased item is authentic, 14K or 18K Solid Gold or Platinum,
or as stated on your product's description. We do not compromise in
this or any other area! At Apples of Gold, you can always be sure of
what you are purchasing.
(2) If any item that you
purchase is clearly misrepresented, whether by description or image,
we will give you a full refund or store exchange - based on your
preference.
(3)
All of our items are new and have never been worn.
(4) We inspect each item
for defects before shipping to ensure you are getting a solid product
free of damage or manufacturer's defects. If for any reason your item
is defective, we will immediately replace or repair your item, even in
the case of special ordered or custom ordered items, free of charge.
We will also cover all shipping charges.
(5) We guarantee that you
will be satisfied with your purchase, or you may request an exchange
or full refund within 30 days, subject to our return policies
stated above.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is very
simple: we do not sell or give any information whatsoever to any
individual solicitor or company.
This includes your name,
email address, phone number, and any and all other information given
to us. We are extremely strict about keeping all of your information
private. We believe that it is unethical to sell customers'
information under any circumstances.
We believe that marketers and companies who sell or give away
customers' information have abandoned their ethical obligation to
their customers.
The only time that you will receive an email or phone call from us is
under the following circumstances:
(1) To verify the details
of your order or update you about your order
(2) We will, occasionally,
send an email to our repeat customers offering specials or discounts
on our jewelry. You can opt-out from this service at any time simply
by notifying us anytime before or after your order. These discounts
are sent from our company only to our customers and you will receive
no other special offers from other companies. As stated above, your
information is for internal company use only.
