If your ring is found to be defective, please send it to us and we will repair or replace, as needed, it for free. Our warranty applies to manufacturer's defect, and does not apply to damage as a result of improper care or natural wear and tear. We also have repair services available after the one year of warranty service should your ring need servicing, polishing, or repair services.
